Compensation: $24-$26 Hourly, Non-exempt
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Some weekends/holiday work may be required depending on need.

Your Role.
This role includes but is not limited to training Franchise Owners on payroll processes and software, processing payroll for multiple franchises, addressing payroll-related matters, along with researching and applying tax knowledge to multi-state Franchises.
What YouÂll Do in This Role.
 Process payroll with guidance from Individually owned Franchise Owners according to Local, State and Federal laws
 Assist and work with tax filing within ADP
 Pull hourly data from proprietary timekeeping software & import into ADP Payroll Software
 Enter Payroll items such as deductions, commissions, bonuses etc.
 Set up garnishment deductions within payroll system
 Create reports for Franchise Owners and Management
 Run payroll cash reports for Accounting Department
 Provide New Franchise Owner Training and ongoing training on payroll processes and procedures to established franchise owners
 Provide Payroll Measurements and Trends to Management
 Answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner
 Correspond with Franchise Owners regularly to maintain an open line of communication
 Perform Franchise Owner Payroll Audits as requested
 Update internal and external process training guides
 Projects and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:
 Must have experience in payroll processing
 Basic Payroll Tax/Garnishment knowledge required

 Use of Microsoft Outlook and other MS products
 Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
 Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
