 Provide leadership in the development and implementation of medical and clinical strategies
 Ensure the quality of medical services and represent the company in collaborating with external partners
 Lead Medical Affairs go-to-market launch planning and execution
 Communicate and partner with key external therapeutic experts (HCPs) to provide high level clinical education
 Provide a medical perspective to clinical and regulatory organizations
 Develop and support key clinical and medical affairs strategies in conjunction with commercial counterparts
 Interact and present to government, regulatory, and other partners to promote the corporationÂs reputation
 Attend and support external medical meetings and conferences
Requirements:  Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR MasterÂs degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR BachelorÂs degree and 10 years of relevant experience  At least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources  Medical degree preferred (MD or ex-US equivalent)  Relevant clinical therapeutic experience preferred; focus in rheumatology preferred  3+ years in Medical Affairs and/or experience in rheumatology and/or immunology preferred  Knowledge of clinical trial development and direction preferred  Outstanding oral and written communication skills  Able to demonstrate problem solving and risk mitigation skills  Willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment  Ability to adapt easily to changing work environment, comfortable with ambiguity
