Compensation Plan for 2025:
• 30 items per month – $56,000/year + bonus
• 40 items per month – $75,000/year + bonus
• 50 items per month – $93,000/year + bonus
• 60 items per month – $112,000/year + bonus
• 70 items per month – $130,000/year + bonus

Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and meet monthly goals • Provide excellent customer service and advice • Utilize unlimited prospects from a variety of lead vendors • Leverage top-tier industry technology and resources • Engage in ongoing training and development

Qualifications: • Must be a current or past Allstate Sales Producer • Track record of 30 or more items per month • Self-motivated with a passion for helping others • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
