Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality individual therapy to a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, teens, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Manage a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, either in person or via remote platforms.
• Conduct electronic notes and develop treatment plans while formulating DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Schedule and reschedule client appointments efficiently.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and family members, as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and better serve clientele.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required Skills
• Must possess an active LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Illinois.
• Proficient in utilizing G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and similar software for scheduling and documentation.
• Organized, professional, and accountable with a commitment to ethical practices.

Qualifications
• A minimum of one year of counseling experience is required; private practice experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to commit to 12-14 hours per week with options for transitioning to full-time.
• Provide details of your Illinois licensure, including duration of licensure, graduation date from your master’s program, and any pertinent specialties or certifications.
• Express your specific interests in working with various populations.
