The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for the tech or banking industries, with a deep understanding of the skills and roles specific to these sectors. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and banking roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to Tawantech, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Â Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Â Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create effective hiring strategies. Â Develop a thorough understanding of job requirements in both the tech and banking sectors. Â Sourcing and Screening: Â Source, attract, and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other networking methods. Â Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Â Candidate Management: Â Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Â Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout all stages of the recruitment process. Â Job Posting & Advertising: Â Write compelling job descriptions for various technical and banking roles, ensuring clarity in requirements and responsibilities. Â Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure timely updates and visibility. Â Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Â Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand team needs, culture fit, and skillset requirements. Â Assist with scheduling interviews and organizing assessments or technical interviews. Â Onboarding & Documentation: Â Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance procedures are met. Â Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hires in the companyÂs ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Â Market Research & Networking: Â Stay up-to-date with trends in the tech and banking sectors to better understand the talent landscape and recruitment challenges. Â Build and nurture a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Key Skills & Requirements: Â 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the tech or banking industry. Â Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (software developers, data scientists, IT specialists) and banking roles (risk managers, compliance officers, financial analysts). Â Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Â Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Â Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit. Â Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Â BachelorÂs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
