The Financial Institutions Support Specialist I at TruStage is responsible for supporting financial institutions interacting with our products, ensuring exceptional service and compliance solutions.
In Short
 Serve as the first line for customer/business partner support calls.
 Field incoming requests for customer support through various channels.
 Coordinate with Product Managers for requested changes.
 Manage day-to-day issues using internal management tools.
 Develop deep product knowledge over time.
 Make outbound proactive calls to ensure customer needs are met.
 Facilitate document review results calls with customers.
 Learn optimal use of Compliance Solutions product functionality.
 Build strong relationships with financial institutions.
 Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
Requirements
 BachelorÂs degree or equivalent work experience.
 0  2 years of experience in banking/financial services technology.
 3+ years of experience in financial institutions preferred.
 Knowledge of Atlassian Jira preferred.
 Strong service orientation and communication skills.
 Ability to manage details and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs.
 Excellent time management skills.
 Ability to develop long-term working relationships.
