Overview

The Financial Institutions Support Specialist I at TruStage is responsible for supporting financial institutions interacting with our products, ensuring exceptional service and compliance solutions.

In Short
• Serve as the first line for customer/business partner support calls.
• Field incoming requests for customer support through various channels.
• Coordinate with Product Managers for requested changes.
• Manage day-to-day issues using internal management tools.
• Develop deep product knowledge over time.
• Make outbound proactive calls to ensure customer needs are met.
• Facilitate document review results calls with customers.
• Learn optimal use of Compliance Solutions’ product functionality.
• Build strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0 – 2 years of experience in banking/financial services technology.
• 3+ years of experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira preferred.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage details and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to develop long-term working relationships.
