Responsibilities
• Deliver world-class customer service through in-person appointments to assess vehicle damage.

• Inspect vehicles and prepare estimates of damage while monitoring repairs for customers/members.

• Review documents and assist members in understanding their case files and the auto repair process.

• Handle moderate to complex claims, including Total Loss cases.
,
• Travel to field locations as necessary to complete job responsibilities.

Requirements
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
,
• One year of experience in negotiating claim settlements, preparing estimates, and resolving coverage questions.
,
• Completion of relevant insurance training programs or designations, such as the Insurance Institute of America's General Insurance Program or equivalent CPCU coursework.

• Eligibility to acquire a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire, if required by state regulations.
,
• Valid state driver's license and knowledge of Fair Trade Practices relating to claims.
