Primary Responsibilities:  Role is responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments utilizing approved medical protocols per policy, and recommending an appropriate level of clinical care based on clinical judgment and protocols.- Performs routine or structured work  Medication refill of 140 plus APC providers  Processing medication refill requests, as well as processing medication refill requests coming in via task  High volume workflow, must be able to work efficiently and meet standard metrics, Quality and KPI Standards  Responds to routine or standard requests  Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses  Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction

Required Qualifications:  Current unrestricted LPN licensure in NY Stat  Comfortable and experienced in navigating patient charts in EMR to understand treatment plans, in order to appropriately process medication requests  Solid knowledge of Primary Care medications and their uses, as well as normal prescribing protocols
Preferred Qualifications:  Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill  Proven ability to perform routine or structured work  Proven ability to respond to routine or standard requests  Proven ability to use existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses  Proven ability to depend on others for instruction, guidance, or direction  All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth GroupÂs Telecommuter Policy.
The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
