Job Summary
The Creative Services Manager will execute marketing and creative projects across all platforms to support HealthTrust business units and uphold the brand guidelines as defined by the HealthTrust Strategic Marketing Department. Working closely with the Senior Creative Services Manager and Copywriter, this role will design and manage projects from conception to completion under tight deadlines. They will work directly with department heads and our Strategic Marketing team to define and lead the graphic design and implementation of our go-to-market strategies as well as support our business units with internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, an excellent communicator, thrives under pressure and has a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns in the healthcare field. Candidate must be a highly-organized self-starter with excellent time management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
 Work directly with department heads and Strategic Marketing team to define and lead the implementation of their go-to-market strategies. (e.g. Brand awareness campaigns, lead generation, advertising campaigns, internal and external communications)
 Manage advertising calendar with file prep and delivery of files to various publications
 Design internal and external communications for both digital and print as needed, including web page graphics, illustrations, presentations, advertisements, sales collateral, social media graphics and more
 Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific products, services or events
 Manage outside vendors and freelance design talent to help augment our internal design team
 Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 Proven track record of creative problem solving, design thinking and graphic design fundamentals including typography, color theory and grid systems
 Video editing and motion graphics skills a plus (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
 Basic HTML and CSS knowledge a plus
 Knowledge of healthcare industry and GPO operations
 Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capabilities with vendors and internal team members at different levels in the organization
 Self-starter with high standards of quality and a bias for action- willing to take ownership of a project, track down answers and deliver projects on time and on budget
 Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously across multiple projects with varying timelines
 Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in graphic design, video production and online marketing
Must be proficient in the following:
 Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
 Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 Marketing automation tools (Hubspot, HootSuite or similar)
 Project management tools (Asana or similar)
Education/Certification/License
 Bachelor degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or other related field
 Hubspot certification preferred
 Digital marketing certification preferred
Experience
 Minimum 5+ years experience in graphic design or marketing/communications role
 Graphic design experience in both print and digital including page layout, large format, digital signage, web banners, websites, presentations, etc.
 Experience developing, maintaining and implementing a cohesive-yet-flexible brand identity system
 Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines across multiple brands
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
 Ability to succinctly communicate verbally and in a variety of media
 Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills a must
 Ability to deal with ambiguity, a changing environment and a rapid work pace
 Healthcare background, B2B preferred
 UX/UI, photography and/or video experience preferred
