Responsibilities: Â Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients using provided leads. Â Educate customers about State Farm products and services to meet their insurance and financial needs. Â Schedule appointments for potential policy reviews with the agent. Â Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding client needs. Â Meet or exceed established performance goals, including call quotas and sales targets.
Qualifications: Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Â Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure. Â Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Â Prior telemarketing or customer service experience preferred. Â A dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
