The position of Remote Insurance Credentialing, Provider Info, EFT and ERA Specialist is a part-time, temporary contract role based in Washington State. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contracting and credentialing healthcare providers specifically within this state. This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently and efficiently manage various tasks related to provider enrollment and credentialing processes. The candidate must have a HIPAA-compliant home office and be prepared to pass national and local background criminal checks. The responsibilities include enrolling providers in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for all major carriers, including Washington Medicare and Medicaid/Apple Plans, as well as enrolling providers in Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) using platforms such as Optum EDI, Instamed, Zelis, Availity, and PECOS. The specialist will also manage and oversee critical access points to carrier websites, ensuring that all processes are handled smoothly and efficiently. The role demands a professional with a minimum of three years of experience working with various healthcare systems and websites, including Availity, One Health Port, CAQH, PECOS, Medicaid, and Optum. The candidate should be adept at communicating with a variety of provider types, including medical doctors and administrators, and should be capable of assisting in training providers on how to establish online accounts for credentialing and contracting. This position is designed for someone who is already knowledgeable in credentialing and contracting processes and does not require on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
 Enroll providers in EFT for all major carriers, WA Medicare and WA Medicaid/Apple Plans.

 Enroll providers in ERAs using Optum EDI, Instamed, Zelis, Availity, PECOS.

 Manage and oversee critical access points to carrier websites such as Availity, Optum, Instamed, etc.

 Assist in training providers on how to establish online accounts for credentialing and contracting via CAQH, One HealthPort, and PECOS.

 Communicate effectively with a variety of provider types, including medical doctors and administrators.
Requirements
 Minimum 3 years of experience in credentialing and contracting healthcare providers in Washington State.

 Experience with Availity, One Health Port, CAQH, PECOS, Medicaid, Optum, and other major commercial carrier websites.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
