We are looking for a HEDIS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR!
Day to Day Duties:  Oversight of various Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid HEDIS measures. Including determining interventions, capturing outcomes, and evaluation to determine effectiveness of the interventions.  Back up for Critical Incident reports and Quality of Care incidents as needed  Chart review during the HEDIS Season as needed.  Collaborate with team to conduct a quality audit of charts during the HEDIS Chart Chase.  Completing Pends  Reaching out to Providers  Chart overreads and reviews  Coordinate, complete, and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes and results  Establish and maintain an action plan to improve HEDIS scores Implement process to request and evaluate member compliance reports for each HEDIS measure, including evaluating improvement opportunities  Collaborate with providers and internal departments on rate investigation and validation activities, including maintaining all evidence, documentations, and changes  Manage the HEDIS project to include assignment of nurses, adherence to plan timeline, and vendor oversight for timeliness and quality  Conduct quality audit and maintain all data and process controls to ensure compliance Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:  Associate's Degree required  2+ years of HEDIS experience  2+ years of chart chase, review, or medical records coordination  1+ years of clinical experience  Must have experience with MS Suite programs: Outlook, Word, etc. Covid-19 vaccination: Not required Length of Assignment: Temp to perm Compensation Notes: 28 - 30 hourly Shift: M-F 8AM to 5PM MST (this could vary i.e., 7AM to 4PM MST); possible OT during HEDIS season Start Date: ASAP Location: Fully remote in MST states - NM highly preferred
