You'd be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our Seller Care Coordinator is an individual who is detail-oriented, thrives on helping people, is an excellent problem solver, persistent, focused and has vast experience and proven success in prioritizing tasks through systems and organization. About you
 Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
 2-3 years of high-level customer service experience
 Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
 Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
 Strategic thinking/decision making
 High school diploma or GED required, college preferred

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
 Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
 Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
 Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
 Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
 Schedule, coordinate & attend the closing process.
 Input all client information into the client database system.
 Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any concerns.
 Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers.
 Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
 Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
 Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
 Assists in providing an assessment of risk by examining contracts and supporting documents for adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures determined by compliance regulations
 Follows file from start to successful closing and assists with post occupancy nuances
 Interacts with the internal and external customers regarding deadlines, expectations, documentation needs and closing details to keep the closing on track
 Answers customer inquiries related to active closings and provides concierge-level customer service
 Provide Back Up Phone Support when Leads and Buyer traffic is heavy (both incoming and outgoing calls)
