Cigna Supplemental Benefits (CSB) is looking for a Business Project Senior Advisor to lead strategic initiatives within the CSB Portfolio, which includes Medicare Supplement and Supplemental Health & Life products. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of project plans to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
 Manage complex, time-sensitive projects and coordinate with numerous internal partners to achieve organizational objectives.

 Develop and manage project plans, ensuring leadership is aware of critical items and project status.

 Evaluate project status and resource utilization, implementing changes to enhance team effectiveness.
,
 Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders as needed.
,
 Monitor project progress, manage issues and risks, and ensure operational readiness through updated deliverables and status reports.
Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years of related work experience in project management.
,
 Strong preference for candidates with a healthcare background.
,
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and methodologies.
,
 Working knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
,
 Strong relationship management skills to manage multiple stakeholders' expectations.
,
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with poise in front of senior audiences.
,
 Ability to manage ambiguity and drive collaborative results.
,
 Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within specified timeframes.

 Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and build trusting partnerships.

 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing tactical needs.
Nice-to-haves
 PMP certification preferred.
