Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities: Â Provide first call resolution for incoming calls or direct to appropriate personnel. Â Provide superior and consistent customer service to customers via the telephone and electronic communication. Â Responsible for debit card processing and fraud monitoring. Â Responsible for online banking support. Â Responsible for assistance with client account maintenance. Â Enroll and review mobile deposits. Â Provide customer support for various mobile banking apps. Â Electronic document filing and maintenance.
