Remote Customer Service Agent: ONLY STATE FARM IN AGENT OFFICE TRAINED

Calling all licensed candidate who have worked in a Statefarm office for a minimum of three years.
We have a large number of State Farm clients located across the US who are interested in getting support for their offices with service work. However, they require candidates that have experience working on their systems.
Please note: For legal & liability reasons, successful candidates will be required to have/obtain insurance licenses for the states that their Agents are located in.
BENEFITS:

 You will only work on service work required by the Agent's team
 You can work from anywhere in the US -- no need to commute to an office
 You can work either part-time or full-time hours
RESPONSIBILITIES:  Processing of payments, Follow ups with clients for overdue payments  Sending necessary documents to customers and upload them to Necho upon customer completion  Updating odometer readings and following up on drive safe and save setups  Maintenance of meticulous notes in the system  Updating financial cards  Collecting information like drivers licenses for MVR No hit's etc. in underwriting - folders and sending it to your agent  Upselling from BOD Service tasks  Putting in a Policy Transaction (PT) for the information collected in underwriting folders  Answering phone calls during allocated times
REQUIREMENTS:  You have valid work authorization.  You are able to work Monday to Friday.  MUST have prior or current State Farm experience  Prior service experience  Be willing to get an Insurance Producer's license in the State that their Agent/s are located.
