Primary Purpose of Position:
Maintain the Operational and Supervisory functions for all Cash Management and Consumer E-banking products/services including but not limited to wire transfer, ACH, online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit capture, mobile capture, and card services. The position will include quality control of all online banking setups, maintenance, and closings. Will ensure compliance and keep abreast of all new laws and regulations as it pertains to E-Banking. Position will research/deploy new products for cash management and consumer On-Line Banking as well as supervise SLAÂs, audit preparation, data tracking, and management of procedures. Maintain strong knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations. The candidate must have the ability to work independently, manage and prioritize several matters at a time, handle matters of varying degrees of complexity, identify issues for escalation, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and be a mission-oriented team player.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Oversee daily functions of E-Banking products, services, support, staff, emails, calls, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
2. Work with internal and external resources to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues and downtime as it relates to E-Banking products and services.
3. Manage and track various E-Banking metrics ensuring the appropriate use of resources and accuracy of management reports.
4. Work with internal and external auditors on reviewing, testing, and ensuring compliance with all E-Banking facets in coordination with the BankÂs policies and procedures.
5. Assist in the development of job-related procedures and ensuring that industry standards, compliance, and regulatory guidance is adhered to.
6. Coach peers when changes to products and/or services are updated as necessary
7. Perform reviews, staff meetings, training, and task assignments for direct reports
8. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
 BachelorÂs Degree or equivalent minimum work experience 5 years in related field
 Strong Computer literacy
 Previous direct experience working in Electronic Banking
 Previous related experience within Bank Operations or Banking Compliance
 Previous supervisory experience managing staff in related field
 Experience with Jack Henry Silverlake preferred
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Excellent organizational skills
 Detail-oriented
 Manage multiple priorities under time constraints
 Working knowledge of Banking Laws and Regulations
