 Document all outreach attempts and conversations clearly and comprehensively in the Electronic Health Record.
Requirements
 High school degree or equivalent related experience required.

 One year plus of customer service experience and proficiency in PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 One year plus of customer service experience in healthcare, including typing and scheduling application experience (EHR/EMR).

 Ability to convey information to customers in a warm, clear, and concise manner.

 Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors.
