JOB OVERVIEW:
IÂm building a personal brand that explores the intersection of Christian faith, relatable life lessons, creative ideas and intellectual discussion. My goal is to reach a broad audience through platforms like podcasts, YouTube, blogs, and social media. Although a lofty goal: Ultimately, I want to grow into a recognized voice that can sell out speaking events, publish bestselling books, and attract a large following.
IÂm looking for an experienced Content & Brand Strategist to help me refine my brand identity, craft a cohesive content strategy, and develop marketing plans that will broaden my audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. BRAND IDENTITY & MESSAGING
 Refine or define the brandÂs core values, voice, and visuals.
 Develop a clear brand style guide (colors, fonts, logo usage) if needed.
 Craft a compelling tagline or slogan that resonates with my audience.
2. CONTENT STRATEGY
 Propose a structured content calendar (podcasts, YouTube videos, blog posts, social media).
 Brainstorm creative content ideas that blend faith, life advice, and intellectual depth.
 Suggest topics, formats, and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
3. MARKETING & GROWTH
 Outline marketing tactics for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
 Recommend strategies for organic growth, including SEO for blog content and YouTube optimization.
 Identify potential collaborations, influencer partnerships, or guest appearances to broaden reach.
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SYSTEMS
 Help set up workflows, schedules, and processes for consistent content output.
 Advise on tools or platforms for organizing and automating content creation and posting.
DELIVERABLES:
 3Â6 MONTH CONTENT ROADMAP:
A detailed calendar (e.g., in Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello) with topic ideas, publication dates, and promotional tactics.
 MARKETING & GROWTH PLAN:
Specific steps for social media, SEO, collaborations, and potential paid advertising (if applicable).
 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EXECUTION:
Guidance on how to best produce and distribute content (recommended design tools, analytics trackers, scheduling apps).
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Proven experience with brand development and content marketing, ideally for personal brands.
 A track record in social media growth (Instagram, YouTube, podcasts) with examples or success stories.
 Familiarity with faith-based or personal development niches is a plus (but not mandatory).
 Strong communication skills and the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable tasks.
BUDGET:
 BUDGET: Open to either hourly or fixed-price proposals; please include your rate or estimated cost. I am not too concerned about cost as i will pay for quality work but i work an entry level job and cannot go overboard.
