What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with inbound calls, document reviews, and lead management
• Manage all outbound and inbound calls through the Zippy Origination line, providing excellent customer service
• Review applications and prepare documents for processor submission
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring effective communication with applicants
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by the team manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound/inbound call center environment
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy to ensure success in passing the SAFE exam if needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive and autonomous worker

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience
• MLO licensing helpful but not required
