Our Enterprise Technology team is currently seeking an IT Asset & Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor to join our growing team in our Worcester, MA office or in a remote work arrangement.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Asset and Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor will work directly with the process team as well as an extended virtual team to support a configuration management auditing and data management processes. The Asset and Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor will need operational knowledge of the business policies and infrastructure supporting The Hanover applications and will be expected to collaborate with multiple groups to construct and support the configuration management database auditing processes.
This is a technical position, and the candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to directly work with business partners, management and other technology teams within the organization. In addition, the Asset and Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor will need to possess a strong aptitude for knowledge transfer to other technical engineers outside of the Asset and Configuration Management team.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
 Contribute to the standardizing of the audit creation process
 Plan, build, run audit schedules and review sessions
 Manage intake requests for reported data quality issues
 Respond to ad-hoc requests for data audits and shared reporting requests
 Ensure CMDB data completeness
 Review and report on data integration exceptions and assign to proper owners for correction
 Create and manage operational data reports
 Perform deigned and regression testing for all tools related to our used in data auditing
 Provide expertise in design, maintenance, and delivery of training for Asset and Configuration Management as it pertains to auditing.
 Partner with the Asset and Configuration Manager to build effective reporting for change, incident and problem management
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a computer related field
 Understanding of software architecture and underlying infrastructure requirements including network, storage, operating systems, database, and middleware
 Minimum 2 years of working experience with technology operations
 Minimum 2 years of working experience with databases strongly desired
 Experience creating application or business service models is helpful
 Experience working with project managers, architects, and platform teams
 Experience with IT Service management process (i.e. incident, problem, change, etc.) desired
 ServiceNow platform experience or other Service Manager or Asset Manager experience desired
 ITIL Foundations Certified desired
 Prior Property and Casualty experience a plus but not required.
 Ability to manage multiple projects of medium to large size
 Ability to take development concepts and operationalize them in a supportable environment
 Proficiency in policy formulation and communication to others
 Ability to understand technical problems and their impacts to the business
 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
 Self-motivated to identify and correct operational issues without guidance from management
 Familiarity with a variety of reporting and database tools
 Ability to lead technology related projects without guidance, ensuring operational excellence and proactive communication
 Ability to effectively work across virtual teams to accomplish the successful implementation of given projects
 Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
