NOW HIRING: LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) – NEAR SEGUIN, TX – PRN SCHOOL-BASED ROLE

A school district near Seguin, TX is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a PRN role providing 1:1 support to a Kindergarten student with a tracheostomy and other respiratory needs.

Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 23, 2025
• Schedule: PRN (Could be once every 2 weeks or twice throughout the assignment)
• Caseload: 1:1 support for a Kindergarten student in a general education setting
• Onsite Only

Key Responsibilities: • Continuous monitoring of oxygen saturation levels • Assess for any respiratory issues, including coughing and breathing difficulties • Administer nebulizer treatments through the tracheostomy as needed • Oxygen administration through tracheostomy when necessary • Reinsert tracheostomy cannula if it becomes dislodged

Required Credentials:
• Valid LVN license in Texas
• Experience with tracheostomy care preferred
