Overview

The Associate Procurement Buyer is responsible for the purchasing of goods and services from approved suppliers, ensuring quality standards and delivery requirements are met.

In Short
• Responsible for purchasing goods and services.
• Support and assist in the development of the purchasing function.
• Resolve stakeholder and supplier issues.
• Incorporate sourcing and supplier management principles.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Experience in a supply chain or manufacturing firm preferred.
• Proficient in SAP or comparable ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to influence management.
• Ability to learn quickly and lead others.
