 Ensure the rebate processing, contact center, and incentive processing center meet program deliverables by being the voice to internal clients.
 Relay key program changes, provide progress updates, ensure reporting is accurate and complete, monitor contractual requirements to ensure compliance, present new innovations, and help develop and drive process improvements.
Requirements:  5-8 years of relevant industry experience  BachelorÂs degree preferred.  Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience.  Experience with Salesforce preferred.
