Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. • Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction to students with diverse learning requirements. • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to support academic and personal growth. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Idaho state and federal regulations.

Qualifications: • Valid Idaho teaching license with a Special Education endorsement. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. • At least two years of experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience preferred but not required). • Strong technical skills and comfort with virtual teaching platforms. • A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a distraction-free environment.
