As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of club operations, including restaurant management and catering services.
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability while maximizing profitability.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain high standards of food management and safety compliance in the kitchen.
• Manage POS systems effectively to streamline transactions and enhance customer experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings within the club.
• Monitor industry trends to keep the club competitive and appealing to guests.

Requirements
• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong skills in budgeting, inventory control, and food management practices.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff and customers effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $53,830.00 - $60,008.00 per year
