Key Responsibilities
 Provide teletherapy to children (ages 0-14), parents, and families utilizing our user-friendly platform.
 Implement evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
 Efficiently document clinical progress and treatment plans through the platform, encompassing intake notes and progress updates.
 Engage in weekly team meetings and case reviews, collaborating with other clinicians and management to share insights and enhance patient care.
Required Skills
 You are a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) with a master's degree and independent licensure in California.
 You have a minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience providing therapy to children and families, with a robust background in evidence-based practices.
 You are comfortable with technology and open to integrating new tech solutions into your therapeutic practice.
 You have a genuine passion for assisting children and families in overcoming mental health challenges.
Qualifications
 Master's degree in a relevant field.
 Independent licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
 At least 1 year of direct clinical experience in therapy.

Compensation And Benefits
 Hourly pay: $85 per hour (W2 position).
 Estimated annual compensation for working 10-20 clinical hours per week (assuming 45 weeks worked per year): (38,250 - )76,500.
Schedule
We provide a flexible part-time schedule, allowing you to choose between 10, 15, or 20 clinical hours weekly. Sessions are primarily scheduled during peak hours:
3 PM - 8 PM PST Monday through Friday
7 AM - 8 AM PST Monday through Friday
8 AM - 4 PM PST Saturdays
You have the autonomy to select the hours that best suit your needs within the specified timeframes.
