Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
 Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel-related inquiries
 Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
 Address questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Booking Assistance:
 Support clients in navigating booking processes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
 Help coordinate itineraries that meet client schedules and budget preferences
 Confirm and review travel bookings and share detailed itineraries with clients
Administrative Support:
 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
 Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed
 Keep track of important travel updates, trends, and visa requirements to provide informed support

Requirements:  Strong communication skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus  Customer service experience is preferred but not requiredÂtraining will be provided  A detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to multitask effectively  Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting  Basic proficiency with technology, including email, chat tools, and CRM platforms (training available)
