What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Conduct structured telephone surveys using outbound call management technology
• Accurately record participant responses in a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system
• Engage positively with survey participants while maintaining neutrality
• Respond to caller questions or concerns with accuracy and professionalism
• Follow written communication scripts and project protocols to ensure quality standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in reading and writing in both Spanish and English
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated active listening abilities and data entry skills
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office products

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Prior experience as a survey research interviewer
• Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
• Familiarity with MS Teams, Word, and Excel
