What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Monitor, measure, and analyze product and process performance results to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Collect, enter, and track trending data, analyzing it and preparing meaningful reports
• Conduct audits and quality inspections of products, services, and processes
• Collaborate with management to review trends and develop corrective action plans
• Assist in maintaining training plans and facilitating training sessions as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government SECRET clearance
• Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience or a BS Degree with related experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in Visa Processing and/or Quality Control
• 6 years of otherwise-related experience in a relevant field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated professional work ethic
