What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Precisely screen and verify documents before data entry, adhering to standard operating procedures
• Review and process chain of custody forms, ensuring accuracy of information
• Input missing information from custody forms into the management system
• Enter and manage laboratory results and breath alcohol test outcomes
• Apply electronic stamps to finalized results

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma with some college, medical training, or relevant industry experience
• At least 3 years of data entry experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity targets
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Associate's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the drug testing or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with management systems used for data entry
• Previous experience supporting customer service initiatives
