Key Responsibilities
 Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the intricate landscape of insurance, prior authorizations, and financial assistance.
 Perform thorough benefit investigations and appeals, ensuring patients receive the necessary support for their medication needs.
 Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders through effective communication.
 Proactively manage inbound calls and inquiries, triaging patients to appropriate resources as needed.
 Provide personalized outreach to patients, offering clarity on their benefits and next steps in their care journey.
 Facilitate care coordination efforts, including nurse education and connecting patients with peer support resources.
 Maintain meticulous documentation of all case activities in compliance with business protocols.

Qualifications
 A BachelorÂs degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
 Prior experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
 Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin are a plus.
 Flexibility to work an 8.5-hour shift within the hours of 8 AM and 11 PM, Monday through Friday.
