Description:
 Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
 Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews.
 Prepares and completion of action plans, implementing quality and service standards, identifying, and resolving problems.
 Completing audits, determining solution improvements, and implementing change.
 Functions as an information source to various departments when special and critical issues occur.
Requirements: Â Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Â 3 to 5 years of experience in a Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, or other related organization. Â Possess expert technical knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and software integration solutions. Â Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and utilize available resources to resolve in a timely manner. Â Excellent oral and written communications skills. Â Experience as a technical instructor is a plus. Â Excellent multi-tasking and organizations skills are required to manage outstanding issues thru resolution. Â Strong PC, network, and applications skills. Â Relationship building and presentation skills with customers, team members and cross-functional leadership. Â Ability to travel up to 25%. Â Certification or technical expertise in one or more areas is beneficial: Project Management (PMP, ITIL, etc.), Lean Skills, Networking.
