We are seeking a Live Chat and Email Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
 Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
 Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
 Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
 Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records
 Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services
Requirement
 Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
 Familiarity with cash handling procedures
 Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
 Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.81 - $18.92 per hour
