JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Account Manager with passion for working in entertainment marketing and a thirst for being in a fast-paced working environment. The perfect candidate is highly interested in multicultural marketing, is social-media-savvy (whether personally or professionally), is exceptionally organized, has great writing skills, has a positive, infectious personality that will make our clients feel well taken care of, and has a willingness to work hard to make sure we provide the best marketing experience and output possible!
The ideal candidate will have worked at an agency prior, have a proficient understanding of pop culture and marketing trends, as well as what makes great social content. This person is a creative idea generator, an on-the-pulse marketer, and the person internally that makes everyone go WOW when they think of fresh marketing concepts that generate revenue, excitement and buzz internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 Acting as the main point of contact between client and PopÂN on projects
 Managing projects from concept to execution, including providing internal direction based on client feedback, creating production timelines, and managing budgets
 Producing and guiding video production projects, including providing creative notes on scripts, edits and final cuts
 Creating and implementing social media strategies for television and lifestyle clients
 Creating project timelines and hitting all deadlines on-time
 Managing editors/designers/freelancers
 Copywriting and publishing via PopÂN Creative client social media handles
 Creating client pitch decks in Google Slides and working with designers to customize
 Organizing files and tasks inside of Google Drive and Wrike
 Create great internal and external relationships to facilitate smooth project flows
 Manage the development of account workbooks, project timelines and managing deadlines for all clients and projects
 Maintain a clear understanding of all client brand guidelines (style, legal, privacy, content, etc.) and ensure that all guidelines are adhered to by the internal teams
EXPERIENCE
 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a digital account manager (or similar) role
 Proficient understanding of all current social media platforms
 Strong video production, digital marketing and branding expertise
 Experience working in the entertainment industry, specifically TV networks, film studios, production companies or streaming services is a plus
 Experience in Google Drive, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
 3 to 5 years of professional work experience (agency experience is a plus)
 A go-getter with a passion for doing things outside the box and a self-starter
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
 Must provide excellent client/customer service to our roster of clients
 Must be willing and eager to learn
 Must take constructive feedback well
 Must be able to multitask well
