Job Description:
 Make outbound cold calls to commercial building owners/manager on behalf of our roofing, HVAC and/or contractor clients
 Schedule in-person, web demo and/or phone appointments on behalf of clients
 Update and maintain leads in CRM platform
 Manage your day to ensure all hours committed to calling are completed
 Navigate phone trees and automated messaging systems to reach decision makers
 Work efficiently and effectively in CRM and dialer platform
 Communicate often with internal staff regarding scripts, lists and campaigns

Qualifications:  Previous experience cold calling for Roofing and/or HVAC companies  Extensive cold calling experience setting date & time specific, pre-qualified B2B (Business to Business) appointments with decision makers (C-Level, VP-Level & Director Level).  Excellent verbal and written communication.  US Citizen located in the United States.  Ability to work independently and efficiently.  Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, during US business hours.  Designated home office set up free of background noises and distractions.  Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.  Proficient use of computers, including working on multiple applications and web browsers simultaneously.  Experience working with cloud-based CRM and dialing software to access leads and make calls. Experience with VanillaSoft, VS Connect, and Slack are a plus.
