Responsibilities
 Provide technical support for our popular products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more.
 Use documented troubleshooting flows to resolve issues.
 Listen to customers and tailor communication to their needs.
Requirements
 Enrolled at a US university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
 A quiet home workspace with ergonomic chair and desk.
 A hard-wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and 3 Mbps upload at your address.
 Available for five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule.
 Able to work 20 weekly hours after training.
 Able to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session.
 Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.
 Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.
 Minimum GPA of 2.7.
Preferred Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or other tech-related field.
 Possess passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
 Able to navigate difficult conversations and display resilience.
 Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
