We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our Entry Level Customer Service Associate team. Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate team is the heart of our company and the reasons our clientÂs continue to work with us year after year. Our team of Entry Level Customer Service Associates is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their fundraising needs. In this role, you will be the face of our clients in the local community, responsible for engaging with potential customers, driving revenue opportunities and spreading awareness to their cause.
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:  Maintain knowledge of our nonprofit clients brands, their outreach goals and initiatives  Plan and run presentations with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness  Provide excellent customer service to every potential donor  Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through onsite events  Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere  Support all Entry Level Customer Service Associate team members  Identify trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Qualifications:  Great communication and interpersonal skills  Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields  Self-motivated, determined, and confident  Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations with confidence  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment  Local travel is required
