Requirements: • Active P&C License: Valid Property & Casualty insurance license required. • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales, specifically in P&C. • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a customer-focused environment. • Customer Service: Strong communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with clients. • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other office technology tools. • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and review policy documents and claims with accuracy. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Problem Solving: Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
