About the Role and Program:

Disney’s Direct to Consumer team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within Disney Entertainment, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere. The Disney+ Programming team is responsible for leading content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights that contribute to a cohesive strategic content approach for the service.

Disney+ Global Content Planning is seeking a Summer 2025 intern who will provide pivotal support to the Content Planning and Scheduling team. This role will focus on global premiere date tracking, maintain and audit databases/calendars across various tools and systems, and assist with ad hoc projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong sense of collaboration and diplomacy.

The approximate dates of this internship are May/June - August 2025.

What You Will Do:
• Develop documentation – build and update internal documentation and presentations to a consistent format
• Maintain internal trackers that includes high volumes of data across titles planned for Disney+ globally
• Data entry and auditing across planning tools and systems
• Support on ad hoc projects to facilitate overall planning and release strategies

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience with the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for entertainment, TV and Technology
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, and excels in preparing presentations, memos and other written material
• Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit.
• Passion and insight into The Walt Disney Company segments, brands and franchises, the elements that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement.

Education:
• Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program (Masters MBA, etc.)

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a graduate degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:
• Be fully available (30 hours per week) during the duration of the internship
• Be able to provide own housing and transportation in the Glendale, CA area

The pay rate for this role in California is $30.40 per hour.
