POSITION DESCRIPTION:
IMPACT Group is seeking experienced Leadership Development Coaches for our leadership division to work with our clients' high potential and high performing leaders and individual contributors on coaching engagements.
The Leadership Development Coach will:
 Provide one-on-one leadership coaching with the participant and participant's manager within our internal leadership cohort programs
 Assist in setting goals and objectives through an individual development plan and / or action plan to help build leadership skills in areas like personal effectiveness, corporate visibility, business acumen and more
 Track participant's progress over time and maintain accurate records of coaching and development activities
 Help participants gain self-awareness and understand overall effectiveness in their organization
 Conduct coaching sessions with participant to provide ongoing feedback, support and guidance through a seven month or more process
 Deliver exceptional coaching to help participants achieve their leadership goals
 Deliver virtual coaching through Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet
REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum three years of experience coaching leaders and high performers in a leadership development capacity.  Strong coaching and communication skills with ability to ask hard questions, deliver difficult feedback, guide development, and hold leaders accountable  Ability to build trust and rapport within coaching relationships and with other organizational stakeholders  Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited organization required.  Experience in using assessments (Birkman, MBTI, 360 assessments) for leadership development  Bachelor's Degree in related field  Tech savvy, ability to work from home/remotely using your own equipment including personal computer, headset, microphone, with excellent internet connectivity
