Key Responsibilities: Â Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, chat, email). Â Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. Â Assist with booking, flight changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests. Â Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Â Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Â Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and procedures. Â Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications: Â High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Â Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a remote role). Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle difficult situations. Â Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications. Â Comfortable working independently and managing your own time. Â Tech-savvy with familiarity in using computers, phones, and related software.
