Our ideal candidate will have experience with Lockbox Operations and a strong ability to work collaboratively to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee the operations workflow and assist the team in executing transactions and processes.
 Monitor and coordinate the operations workflow and assist team members with escalated issues.
 Coach team members and provide applicable training.
 Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 3+ years of experience in a related field.
 An Associates degree or equivalent education.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
