About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring CuraScript Specialty Distribution's Gastro Business Customers receive superior service. A key member of the sales team, you will be accountable for the overall satisfaction, retention and growth of the identified strategic book of business as well as ensuring contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day client relationships to promote client satisfaction, profitability and retention. • Work cross-functionally with sales areas including Sales Account Management, Contract Administration, Credit and Collections, Procurement and Finance to deliver core services to clients. • Proactively review performance metrics to identify opportunities to enhance client experience and drive business growth. • Collaborate with sales management on client activity, expectations and service needs. • Up-sell and maximize sales potential of key clients to further the team's efforts in gaining maximum penetration of customers' overall business potential. Requirements • Demonstrated account and project management skills set. • Able to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with a high sense of urgency. • Experience in specialty or oncology preferred. • Previous sales experience preferred.
