As a bolt property & casualty sales agent you will:
• Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies
• Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients.
• Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
• Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs
• P&C License is REQUIRED, and you must have a minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or commercial lines

Responsibilities: • Must work well in a fast-paced team environment • Confident self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment • Adapts well to new processes and procedures • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
• Based on experience
• Competitive bi-weekly sales incentives based on performance metrics
• Up to 10% shift differential will be added for core hours ending 7:00 pm and later CST time and 8:00 pm and later EST
