Account Receivable Specialist

Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in the accounting team of a fast-growing company, responsible for accounts receivable, customer management, sales team coordination, cash receipts and management, and monthly reconciliations.

Candidates must be based in Pakistan to be considered for this role.

What you'll do:
1. Generate all customer invoices in a timely manner
2. Generate accounts receivable reporting and assist with customer collections
3. Apply cash receipts to invoices and matching to bank transactions
4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations for relevant cash accounts
5. Prepare ACH bank payment collections for community solar garden (CSG) and power purchase agreement (PPA) customers
6. Reconciling data in the customer-facing portal to the accounting system
7. Updating loan receivable amounts with monthly production amounts
8. Assist with monthly and year-end tasks for customer true-ups and solar incentive programs
9. Other accounting and administrative projects as assigned.

What you'll need:
• 1-2 years accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, and accounting experience
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Vocational Education
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Works well independently as well as with other members of the team
• Ability to be consistently accurate and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Bonus points!
• Experience with high-volume billing and cash transactions
• Experience with loan receivable accounting
• Vista by Viewpoint software experience, or other relevant software
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
• Understanding of appropriate allocation of work and good prioritization skills
