As we expand, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate leads and set qualified meetings with businesses across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
About the Role
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping them understand how video marketing can elevate their brand. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with decision-makers, book discovery calls, and set up opportunities for our team to showcase our services.
This role is fully remote, with flexible hours and performance-based pay.
Key Responsibilities
 Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
 Educate prospects on the value of video marketing and Nelson Media CompanyÂs services.
 Schedule and confirm discovery meetings for our sales team.
 Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and results in our CRM.
 Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.

 Experience in Sales or Lead Generation (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Benefits
 Base Pay + Performance-Based Bonuses
