The Renewal Sales Support Lead will be instrumental in motivating and guiding the team towards success. In addition to managing 10-15 Renewal Specialist, responsibilities will include taking calls and assisting the Sales Manager with operational tasks .

Key Responsibilities:

Management & Support
• Daily Lead Assignment: Allocate and assign leads to sales closers on a daily basis, ensuring a fair distribution of opportunities.
• Weekly Call Reviews: Conduct Q/A of sales calls to provide feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices for closers.
• Interview Support: Participate in the recruitment process by attending interviews and assisting in the selection of new team members with sales manager.
• Host One-on-Ones: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales closers to discuss performance, provide coaching, and support their professional development.
• Fielding Questions: Serve as a point of contact for sales closers, answering questions and providing guidance on sales strategies and procedures.
• Closer Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that closers have a steady stream of prospects and are meeting their sales targets.
• Support Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and implement growth initiatives that enhance team performance and drive revenue.
• Develop Closer Training: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales closers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Onboard New Closers: Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales closers, providing them with the necessary training and resources to hit the ground running.
• Attend Sales Meetings: Participate in regular meetings with the Sales Manager to discuss strategy, review team performance, and align on key objectives.

Sales & Performance
• Perform Sales Calls: Engage directly with prospects by making sales calls to drive conversions and close deals, contributing to the team’s overall sales targets.
• Close Deals: Take an active role in closing sales deals, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Expectations
• Time Management: Spend 70-80% of your time on managerial duties and the remainder on direct sales activities.
• Performance Excellence: Maintain a high standard of performance, both in supporting the team and in personal sales achievements.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership by motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve their goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for improvement in sales processes, team training, and personal development.
• Proactive Support: Provide proactive support to the Sales Manager and sales team, anticipating needs and addressing challenges swiftly.

Compensation
• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
• Commission Earnings: .25% override on team sales. 6% on personal sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:
• High Ticket Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Team Management: 3 years (Required)
• Individual Selling: 3 years (Required)
