Position Summary:
The Operations Consulting Group (ÂOCGÂ) is a four-person team that provides temporary support, on a rotational basis, to various departments throughout Lone PineÂs business team. Such departments will comprise administration, investment research, legal & compliance, accounting, human resources, and investor relations. The OCG team is led by the Manager of the Operations Consulting Group, who reports into the Managing Director, Human Resources & Facilities and the Manager, Human Resources & Facilities.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant role is an entry-level role that will rotate through various operational departments, each for an assigned period of time ranging from several weeks to six months. When working within a specified department, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to its team, as directed by that departmentÂs managers. The assignments will mainly comprise administrative projects and tasks but may also include other areas of responsibility, such as help on new team initiatives and coverage for employees out on leave. They will continue to provide direct administrative support to various operational departments on a rotating basis throughout the year.
Required Background and Skills:
 BachelorÂs degree required
 Recent college graduates with a minimum of 6 months work experience, plus solid academic track record and expressed interest in administrative or executive assistant work, will be strongly considered
 Stellar written and verbal communication skills
 Strong ability to multi-task
 Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn
 Excellent Excel, Word, and organizational skills
 Ability to exercise discretion, particularly in dealing with confidential matters/materials
 Must possess a team-focused attitude with a demonstrated interest and ability to work collaboratively with others, with the ability to also be effective independently
 Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism and integrity

This role is partially remote on the following designated days:
 Every Friday from the first business day in September following Labor Day through the week preceding Memorial Day
 Every Thursday and Friday from the week of Memorial Day through and including the Friday preceding Labor Day
 The week that the Fourth of July holiday is celebrated
 From the Monday before the Thanksgiving holiday is observed, through and including the Friday of that week
