As a Consumer Lending Processing Manager, you will lead a dynamic and versatile team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring operational, organizational, and processing goals are achieved in a Centralized Lending environment while providing support to your team. You will be forward-thinking with a passion for delivering top-notch member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
 Effectively lead and supervise the Loan Processing team, including hiring, training, reviewing, scheduling, and other administrative duties.

 Motivate and engage the team to meet/exceed goals by setting clear expectations, communication, monitoring, coaching, and support.
,
 Facilitate meetings with management and staff to discuss goals, production, processes, and recommend improvements.
,
 Participate in ongoing research and development to achieve process efficiencies leading to an improved member experience.
,
 Remain agile and assist with meeting production and service levels.
,
 Ensure adherence to policy, compliance regulations, and development of processes, programs, and procedures.
,
 Handle escalated calls from members and others regarding loan processing issues; receive complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Requirements
 5+ years' related experience required.
,
 Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
,
 Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
Nice-to-haves
 Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
,
 Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm.
,
 Excellent customer service skills.
